We’re celebrating team member Jaime Raisch’s four-year work anniversary at 8020 Consulting! We asked Jaime to reflect on her time so far working as an 8020 consultant:

1. What do you enjoy most about working at 8020?

Jaime: I really enjoy my colleagues (both within 8020 Consulting and at my respective clients), as well as consistently solving problems for my clients to make them provably better.

2. Can you reflect on how specific projects or colleagues may have grown your skills?

I have had the privilege of working for clients ranging from those in the Entertainment/Tech industry to Asset Management to Real Estate Development. This diverse array of projects and industries has helped to broaden the lens through which I tackle problems. As a result, I’m able to bring a higher level of ingenuity and creativity to each respective project.

3. What advice would you give a new employee at 8020 Consulting?

Learn something new from each project/client. 

How does each client view success at their business? What are their core KPIs? How do they currently manage their processes? How are their current models structured? The knowledge gained from answering these questions helps to expand your knowledge and creativity as a consultant for future projects.

4. What are you currently looking forward to?

I’m looking forward to the day when we are truly past the COVID-19 pandemic, and I am able to spend time with my colleagues in person versus virtually! 🙂

About Jaime

Jaime has 12 years of diverse finance and project management experience in the real estate, entertainment, video games and technology industries. Prior to joining 8020, Jaime was the Director of Studio Finance and Operations at Activision Publishing, and had previously worked for WB Games, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Mesa West Capital and SL Green Realty Corp. Her expertise centers around FP&A, operational strategy, budgeting and forecasting, cause of change analysis, reporting, cash flow forecasting, asset valuation, process design and financial systems implementations. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
